Keith built this GP9 Passenger engine for Ron Kaminen, a former Soo Line and Amtrak engineer who operated the prototype and is now building his own railroad empire in the basement of his lovely home in Littleton, Colorado.
Keith's EMD F-7 Cab unit. 2200A was the lead unit on the original "Queen Mary" and was delivered to the Soo Line in September of 1948.
Keith's EMD F-7 Booster unit. 2200C was the sandwiched between two cab units, 2200A and 2200B, on the Queen Mary power set. The three-unit consist, operated as one engine, developed 4,500 horsepower.
The prototype of Keith's EMD GP9 number 2404 was one of ten delivered to the Soo in 1954. It developed 1,750 horsepower.

Keith's EMD GP40 number 732. It was rated at 3,000 horsepower from the factory and entered service in March of 1967. It was later re-numbered Soo 4600, then CP 4600.
Chicago & NorthWestern repowered Baldwin Switcher. The prototype was the last switching engine used by the C&NW In Marshfield.
