The Greenwood Line - Part 17

Enclosed are pics I took of the G line at its end in 1983-1984.

The bridge is the Yellow River bridge, and most of the shots were taken behind my parents house, or by the Schmidt farm on Hwy. Y.

It is funny how just taking pictures can be of historical value now. I still can't believe I rode in the cab of the 2719 for what was the last time in Wisconsin on its last run. I have the video tape of that as well. Right place, right time I guess....

I have other pics I took around that time of the Marshfield Soo and CNW depot, and of the old holding tracks.
